The follow-up of your mission will indeed be conducted by your Account Manager. But that is not it ! A significant part of your follow-up, conducted by both our Technical and Human Resources Departments, will release yourself from any commercial constraints by facilitating transparent communication "from experts to experts" from a technical as well as from a personal point of view.
Through monthly reviews during your trial period, we validate your integration, your capacities and your difficulties on the job, to give you the opportunity to express yourself freely, without managerial or commercial constraints, to make sure that you perceive this new challenge positively and, if needed, to support you.
The quarterly review focuses on the progress of the project, your situation, the satisfaction of the client, etc. Any potential issue is evaluated to find a satisfactory solution for all parties.
Experienced consultants will support you every day on site, both technically and functionally. They will be an additional point of contact for news regarding ADNEOM.
The end of the mission assessment with Technical Management provides feedback on the acquired skills and the means to build on it. Based on that feedback, you will be offered several progress options depending on the desired orientation and your next mission: training, personalized coaching, etc.
During your annual assessment we will evaluate your individual performance, the definition of your targets for next year (know-how and behaviour), your working environment, and your professional development goals, etc.
